| PRODUCT INGREDIENTS Lean and pork belly, salt, paprika, spices, dextrin, sodium acetate (E262), sugars: ( DEXTROSE and LACTOSE), sodium citrate (E 331), sodium ascorbate (E301), Cochinila (E120), phosphate (E450i), ascorbic acid (E 300), sodium nitrite (E250), on support of sodium chloride, wine, garlic and natural spices. |
| PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT The lean and pork belly are chopped separately and together with the rest of the ingredients are kneaded to obtain a correct homogenization, once the dough is made they are stuffed and hung in the stainless steel tubes, they are put in the chamber 0ºc and at 24/48h they are passed to the dryer where the product is maturing. |
