INGREDIENTS: Lean and pork belly, salt, paprika, sugars: DEXTROSE, LACTOSE, dextrin, phosphate (E450i, E451i), sodium erythrobate (E316), potassium nitrate (E252), Suckling pig (E120), MILK AND SOY PROTEINS, ascorbic acid (E300), sodium nitrite (E250), on support of sodium chloride, wine, garlic and natural spices.
ELABORATION PROCESS: The lean and pork belly are chopped separately and then joined with the rest of the ingredients in the kneading machine, which provides them with a correct homogenization, once the dough is stuffed into their respective casings, it is put in the 0ºc chamber and at 24/48h they are passed to the dryer where the product is maturing.
