PRODUCT INGREDIENTS

Lean and pork belly, salt, sugars: DEXTROSE and LACTOSE, dextrin, phosphate (E450i, E451i), Stabilizer: Glucono Deltas Lactone (E575), Antioxidant: sodium erythrobate (E316), Preservative: potassium nitrate (E252), Color: Cochinila (E120), MILK AND SOY proteins, ascorbic acid (E300), preservative: SODIUM NITRITE (E250), on support of sodium chloride, dried anise and natural spices.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The lean and pork belly are chopped separately to join them with the rest of the ingredients and place them in the kneading machine, which provides them with a correct homogenization to get a good product, once the dough is made they are stuffed and tied, then they are hung in the stainless steel tubes, it is put in the 0ºc chamber.
